[Introduction] A K-Pop Addict

Hi everyone!

I just started writing on this blog. So, this is my introduction.

Back then I was only a K-Drama fan, as you can see on my two first posts. I knew K-Pop - my neighbor was a an Elf - but I was not interested. But then something happened, in January 2012. In one afternoon (I was sick in the morning so I couldn't go work at that day) I visited my lecturer in our campus. I already graduated one year before but I am really closed to some lecturers at my campus so I visit often. In addition, my house is not far from the campus. We are so bored then we started watching music videos in youtube.

And we found this:

That's really a cool video! And addicting lyric! Who's the singer? Oh... 2PM!

The day after I still could hear the refrain part of the song. And surprisingly my colleague is a K-Pop fan.. and a hottest as well! So she told me everything about K-Pop and 2PM later!

The happiest moments in my newbie hottest life were when I found out -> The two stars on Dream High are 2PM members, and Suzy the lead of Dream High is a member of miss A which is in the same label with 2PM, and Wonder Girls are also under the same label.

Wow the only I need is JYP Nation! I <3 JYP Nation!!!

Fyi, Wonder Girls "Nobody" is a huge hit here in my country. So I am proud when I found the relationship between 2PM and WG. kkk

Now I really like K-Pop. You can call me a K-Pop addict. I read almost all news about K-Pop, not only about 2PM. I watch most MVs. I subscribed 3 K-Pop channels in my cable. And I have a twitter account to do fangirling. Haha.

2PM JJANG!!!

2PM *,*

I like 2PM. A Lot, a lot, a lot. I really like the six of them: Minjun, Taecyeon, Nichkhun, Wooyoung, Junho, and Chansung. For me, they are the best singer group from Korea. They are the only male singer group who not only can sing and dance well but also do fantastic acrobatics in the stage. They all have well-built body: tall, athletic and having great muscles. They are also very handsome; all of them are handsome; they are different from any other groups which usually have some less-handsome members.

2PM can do many things great. As a singer group, they surely can sing well. Most of their singles always top the official chart. They now already expand their activities to Japan and Chinese and release some singles in both languages. Even one of their singles has been showed up in US Billboard. They also can dance well, and their dance choreography always become hits and be covered by many people because the dances are unique, energetic and easy to follow.

Moreover, based on an official database, 2PM is the most favorite model in Korea to advertise many kinds of products. They already became model for mobile phones, ice cream, pizza, skin care, glasses, snacks, soda drinks, car, motorcycle, t-shirt, perfume, and many more. They also become the official representatives for promoting their own countries. In addition, all members of 2PM also participated in dramas, movies and musical. They mostly played as the lead actors, and made both the dramas and themselves more popular. Furthermore, some members hosted some musical programs or talk shows, and became regular members of some variety shows.

Because of 2PM, I like a lot of variety shows from Korea now. They are so witty and work in a great harmony and teamwork every time they play in a variety show. Because of their handsomeness, they participated in some couple-creation shows such as We Got Married MNet Scandals, and Romantic & Idols. Because of their wittiness and competitiveness, they have their own tv programs such as Idol Show Season 3, Wild Bunny, and 2PM Show. Because of their great bodies, they also participated in sport-athletic shows such as Let's Go Dream Team. Because of their talent in music, they showed up in shows like Immortal Song and Music and Lyric. In other words, they can do everything well.

Because of 2PM, I support all artists under JYP Entertainment, even the graduated ones: Rain, J-Lim, Park Jiyoon, 2AM, Wonder Girls, miss A, and JJ Project.

Out of the six, I like Junho the most. I like his face the most although Nichkhun is widely approved as the most handsome member in 2PM, and I definitely agree with this. I already like Junho when I first saw him in their MV "Hands Up". Now that I know him better through all his activities with 2PM, I like him more. For me, he is the most talented member in 2PM. He just can do everything well. He is the lead singer in 2PM. He has the most beautiful voice besides Jun. K, although his voice is the less unique one. He also is the lead dancer, and he did many amazing acrobatics in 2PM stages and MVs. Moreover, he has musical composition talent. He already wrote some songs which have been released. Finally, he is the first member of 2PM who did duet with a foreign artist to sing a foreign song. He really did everything.

And this year he even contributed in two movies as an actor. His acting skill is great. He is really a hard-working idol *,*

That's my story about how much I love 2PM and Junho.

Bella, Han Chae-Young, and I

Recently, I decided to watch my most favorite korean drama again. I already watched it when I was still at senior high school. it is about three or four years ago. I love this drama so much. It is the funniest drama I’ve ever known.

I found the videos of the drama from Youtube. So, now, whenever I have a free time, I’ll download the videos. Now, I finished watching until 7^th episode. It’s hard for me to be patient, to wait until I finish all... I really fall in love once again with the drama...

The story is about two senior high school students who are forced to get married because of a crime. The boy, Lee Mong-ryong was suspected did the crime, whereas he didn’t. The real criminals did the crime after stealing the boy’s motorcycle, so they did the crime by using the motorcycle. 

At the night the crime was happened, actually he was at the girl’s house. Accidentally they slept together in the same bed. He was drunk (he didn’t recognized the kind of drink that he drank), and the girl (Sung Chun-hyang) was sick, so they didn’t realize that they slept under the same blanket! So, they had no option except telling the truth that they was sleeping together when the crime was conducted. Then, the fact of ‘sleeping together’ is spread so fast that their family cannot stand any longer. They ask the young couple to get married. Haha...

Hmm, before getting married, in fact the boy already had someone who he likes, but that older girl, Chae-rin, just considers him as her brother. So, the story becomes sad when Chun Hyang realized that she falls in love with Mong-Ryong, but she can do nothing. . There is an adult, Mr Biun, who always supports her, and then falls in love with her. However, don’t worry, it’s kind of a ‘happy-ending’ story... Hehe.. I love the happy ending!

The drama is played by the beautiful Han Chae-Young as Chun-hyang and Jae-Hee as Lee Mong-ryong.

After thinking for a while, I found some similarities between Sassy Girl and Twilight. How???? Hehe...

In this case, Mong-ryong is Bella, Chae-rin is Edward, and Chun-hyang is Jacob. When Edward went, Bella is accompanied by Jacob, she started her new life hardly. Yeah, it’s also happened in Sassy Girl, more and less. The difference is this ‘Bella’ decided that Jacob is better than Edward, that Jacob was always there for her and supported her all the time.. Bella fell in love deeply with Jacob, she realized that she didn’t love Edward in the same way anymore.. So, everyone who is in Team Jacob, he or she must watch this drama!

The second similarity is the birthday. Bella and Han Chae-young (the star who plays as Chun Hyang) have the same birthday, September 13! Of course me too! Yeah, I’m not lying, I was born on September 13!! You can checked my identity card! Hehe...

My East Asian World

I like watching movies, and I like many kind of movies: drama, romantic, comedy, adventure, fantasy, thriller, horror, musical, science fiction, historical, and action (sometimes) and war (just a few movies). Besides, I like watching television drama, like Heroes, Supernatural, Dawson’s Creek, The Lost, and Ghost Whisperer.

Hmm, I also like East Asian Drama, mostly from Korean, Japan, and Taiwan. I have already watched many of them. 

Korean Drama: Boys Before Flowers (a.k.a. Kgot Boda Namja), Mackerel Run, Sassy Girl Chun Hyang (a.k.a. Delightful Girl Choon Hyang), Full House, Silence, 18 vs 29, Endless Love (a.k.a. Autumn Tale), Wonderful Life, Jewell in The Palace, Memories In Bali, Summer Scent, Princess Hours, Stairway to Heaven, and many more. 

Taiwan Drama: Meteor Garden, MVP Lovers, Naughty Kiss, They Kiss Again, Mars, and so on.

Japan Drama: Koizora, Boys Over Flowers (a.k.a Hanayori Dango), Oshin, Itazura Na Kiss, Bloody Monday, Attention Please, and many more.

Now, I want to talk about my most favorite things from East-Asian Drama.

Actor: Lee Min Ho! (haha, before he appeared in my life I had chosen Won Bin)
Others: Haruma Miura, Won Bin, Kim Jeong Hoon ‘Lee Yol’ (Princess Hours), and Rain.

Actress: Song Hye-Kyo!
Others: Han Chae-Young and “Chae-Kyoung Princess Hours” (Ups, I forget her name! Hehe...)

Korean Drama: Sassy Girl Chun Hyang!
Others: Full House and Jewell in The Palace

Japan Drama: Koizora
Others: Bloody Monday, Itazura Na Kiss, and BOF

Taiwan Drama: Meteor Garden, absolutely!

The Saddest Drama: Autumn Tale (I cried much, from the beginning of the drama until the last episode.. Hiks.. Hikss)
Others: Koizora and Stairway to Heaven

The Funniest Drama: (of course) Sassy Girl Chun Hyang!!! Jae-Hee played as Mong Ryong really well, He was really witty. Hahaha...
Others: Mackerel Run!!! Haha, this drama is ‘over’ in many things, very slapstick but I like it so much!

The Most Romantic Drama: Koizora
Others: Meteor Garden and Autumn Tale

Btw, if you ask me why I watch Korean Drama more than the others, I will answer that Korean Actors mostly are really handsome!! Hahaha...

But, it’s not the only reason. I think the story of Korean Drama is better than the others. You can check it out by yourself if you don’t believe me, hehe...

Well, the most of the most favorite is Sassy Girl Chun Hyang!!!

I really like this drama. The story (mostly funny, but there are also sad and romantic episodes), the actors, the actresses, even all of the soundtracks of this drama. I like all of them!

I’ve already told you the synopsis of the drama on a posting by title “Bella, Han Chae-Young, and I”

Now, I just want to write about the soundtrack of the drama. Well, you can hear also the songs. I will only tell you about my most favorite songs:

1. Mi Ahn Hae Ya Ha Neun Guh Ni

It is a very sad song. It is always played if there is a sad scene. Sometimes I cry when I watch any scene with this song. However, I don’t know why, the scene of the first kiss is also with this song. Actually, it’s really a happy scene...

2. Sarang Haeyo (English: I Love You)

Well, there are many scenes in this drama that have this song, but I don’t know why I just can remember about the very last scene, the wedding, every time I hear this song...

3. Eung Geub Shil

I remember this song especially when they (Both Mong Ryong and Chun Hyang) meet at the bus station. It’s the first time they decide to really live together as a couple..

4. The Instrumental One (Hoho, I don’t know the title)

Contrary with Mi Ahn Hae Ya Ha Neun Guh Ni, this song is really a happy song. It accompanies many happy scenes. One of my favorite is when Mong-Ryong tries to find Chun-Hyang in the mall after the girl promised him to tell about her love to him directly if he can find her.
